Processor
This is the chip set -
Apart from the possibility of identifying processor by the system parameters under windows, there are utilities to let you get to know your hardware.
Method 1
* The simplest, just under Windows, is to display the properties system.
* Left-click on Menu "Start", left-click on "Control Panel" ... Opening the Control Panel.
* In this window (Panel), a list of icons displayed, and one of these icons, you will find an icon called "System" in which you double-click it.
* The properties are displayed Systems and the first tab is called "General".
* On this tab is the name of your processor and its operating frequency type and its actual incidence.
Method 2
* Right click on My Computer (or Computer under Vista) then click Properties or
* Simultaneously pressing the key "Windows" key and "Pause" to open the System Properties window.

Hard Drive

Step 1. The first step is to launch your operating system and then click on the Start button on the lower left corner. A window should appear.
Step 2. Click on My Computer and again a new window should appear.
Step 3. In the new window you should see the second section; Hard Disk Drives.
Step 4. Left click once on the hard drive. On the left hand side of the window, you should immediately see information related to the hard drive you just clicked on. Included in this information will be the local disc's identity (e.g. Local Disk C ). It should also list the File System, Free Space and Total Size. Using this information, you can immediately check the total capacity for the hard drive and how much of this space has been used.

1 Start your computer and locate the My Computer icon.
2 Right-click the My Computer icon, and select Properties from the menu that appears.
3 Look under the General tab where it gives you information about the size of the hard drive and what operating system you use to find the amount of RAM in megabytes (MB) or Gigabytes (GB).

Optical Drive

This is usually written on the cover of the drive. If it isn't shown do this:
1) Right click My Computer and select properties
2) Select the Hardware tab
3) Select Device Manager
4) Scroll down to drives and view your drive type

Original Disks
These are the disks that came with your Laptop when it was new. It enables us to reinstall the original operating system and drivers. If you do not have these we may have to purchase them to resell your Laptop.
Working Battery
Your Battery should be able to hold a charge for at least 2 hours. When we test your Laptop we fully charge it, and then play a disk for 1 hour. If the charge lasts this long while playing from the battery, it will pass our test.
We cannot buy a laptop with no working battery without an AC adapter.
AC Adapter
The AC Adapter enables your Laptop to run from the mains power. Without this, we will need to purchase one to conduct the battery test. If your Laptop has a custom AC adapter, this may delay the inspection of your laptop by 5-7 days while we purchase this item.
License Key
Usually found on the bottom of the device with hologram.

License key enables us to reinstall the original version of your Operating System e.g.: Windows 7, XP, Vista. Without this, the product does not have re-usable operating system.
