Trade2save is a company, to which individuals and organizations offer to sell cell phones, laptop computers, and other various electronics item(s) through Trade2save.com. By using the Trade2save website and participating in the service, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you and Trade2save and are collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”.
As a condition of utilizing the functions and services provided by Trade2save, you must read and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Should you access any area of the Trade2save website, use any tools, functions or services that Site offers, view any text or graphics published on the site, or use any of our services, by either submitting an order on the Trade2save website or by telephoning, faxing, emailing, or writing to us to make that request, confirms that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

Trade2save makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information presented on its website, literature or any communication. In the event of typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, pricing errors or omissions, Trade2save reserves the right to correct the error(s). If Trade2save corrects an error that will have a material effect on our settlement offer, Trade2save will provide you with the following options: (1) to continue with the transaction based on the corrected and/or updated information; or (2) to cancel your transaction, in which Case Trade2save will promptly return your shipment.
Trade2save.com contains links to third party websites. Trade2save has not reviewed all of the sites linked via its web site, and is not responsible for the content of any linked sites. These links are provided solely for the benefit of our customers and do not imply any endorsement by Trade2save, its third party partners, or its employees. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
You agree to affirm that all contact information provided to Trade2save, including email address, physical address, telephone and cell phone numbers is current and that it is your responsibility to provide us with the updated contact information if and when they are no longer accurate. You further agree that any email message that we send to you, not returned by our mail servers, is deemed to have been effectively received by you and constitutes due notice to you by email. It is also further agreed that any phone message we leave with any individual answering your phone or on your answering machine or answering service, is effectively received by you and constitutes due notice to you given by telephone.
All pricing displayed on Trade2save.com is subject to change without prior notice. Trade2save reserves the right to adjust pricing due to errors, market condition, or other extenuating circumstances at the point of inspection. In the case that Trade2save offers a new valuation after inspection, you have seven (7) days to accept or reject the new quote. In the event that you do not reject the new offer after the seven (7) day period, Trade2save will automatically accept the item and make payment at the revised prices after the seven (7) day period expires.
All original quotes are based on your description of the device and data gathered through Trade2save.com. Quotes are valid for thirty day (30 days) after the offer date, but are subject to change in the event that items are materially different than described on the Site or for any reason deemed necessary and allowed by these Terms of Service. Final determination of an item’s value occurs after receipt and inspection of your package.
If a discrepancy comes up during the inspection process, Trade2save will communicate its revised offer. In the case that Trade2save offers a new valuation after inspection, you have seven (7) days to accept or reject the new quote. In the event that you do not reject the new offer, Trade2save will automatically accept the item after the seven day period expires.
The payment process begins as soon as all of your items pass final inspection. Please all up to a maximum of ten (10) business days for processing of your payment. Trade2save will make all attempts to issue payment as swiftly as possible after your item has passed final inspection. Please also be aware that checks are mailed via the USPS, and delivery may take additional time.
If payment via check is issues by Trade2save but is lost, a replacement check will only be issued after a sixty day waiting period.
Shipping Your Product to Trade2save
Trade2save utilizes United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEX) as our primary shipping services. From time to time, Trade2save may utilize other shipping carriers at its sole discretion. Upon accepting Trade2save’s quote for an item and submitting the required information, Trade2save issues you a prepaid shipping label and packing slip. If you use any other shipping service or carrier besides that which is offered by Trade2save you must do so at your own expense. Trade2save does not pay shipping for devices with no value.
With our shipping label you may either pack your items in your own shipping carton or use a box that is available for purchase at a USPS or FedEx outlet. All shipping costs are prepaid when you use our prepaid label. If you wish to fully insure your package, insurance must be purchased by you at your sole expense. Trade2save is not responsible if your items arrive at our facility damaged in any way. Trade2save assumes no responsibility for the shipment, packaging of the shipment the condition the package arrives in. Trade2save will provide prepaid shipping only, any additional expenditures involving the shipment are at your sole expense.
Once we receive your order we will notify you via email confirming the arrival of your item(s). Upon inspection of the order, we will again notify you. This email will either confirm payment has been approved in the amount of the original quote, or will address any discrepancies with your item(s). Once your item(s) are fully processed and all items accounted for, an email will confirm that your payment has been issued.
Upon receipt of any order, Trade2save uses an indepth process to inspect the item(s). Trade2save reserves the right to accept or deny any item. Trade2save will use its best discretion to determine product value. If the item is consistent with the submission information, with all materials described, and arrives at Trade2save in a timely manner (within 30 days of the quote), Trade2save will honor the original quote offered for the product and reflected on the packing slip. In some cases, Trade2save may revise the original quote for the item if the item is not in the condition that was originally described. Item conditions are defined as:
In rare instances (for non-functioning or unusable devices), Trade2save may revise an offer to zero, but will accept the item and ensure responsible recycling. In the event that Trade2save recalculates a quote, you will have the option to accept or reject that new quote within seven (7) days. If you chose to reject the new quote, Trade2save will return the device to you free of charge. If you do not accept or reject the new offer within the 7 days allotted to you trade2save will automatically accept the item and issue payment at the revised price.
In order to use the Trade2save service, you must be 18 years of age and must own the right, title, and the interest or be an authorized representative of the owner in any an all items you seek to sell to Trade2save.
Such items, or the sale and shipment of such items, must not violate any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations including export laws. You are responsible for complying with any and all such laws. Any items you seek to sell through the Site using Trade2save services: (1) shall not infringe on third party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights), and (2) shall not be counterfeit, stolen, or in any other way fraudulent. You represent and warrant that the products are free of any liens or encumbrances.
By using the Trade2save service, you agree to indemnify Trade2save from all claims or loses sustained by Trade2save as a result of any breach of this warranty.
Title of the item(s) passes to Trade2save upon arrival and acceptance at Trade2save’s processing center. The passing of title is final, and all future decisions regarding the item(s) are at the sole discretion of Trade2save. In the case that Trade2save offers a new valuation after inspection, you have seven (7) days to accept or reject the new quote. In the even that you do not reject the new offer, Trade2save will automatically accept the item(s) after the seven day period expires and issue payment at the revised price.
Trade2save works tirelessly to maintain the highest standards of data security. For all items that use hard drives, memory cards, or other means of storing data, Trade2save uses its best effort to remove all data, but makes no guarantees in this regard. It is highly recommended that you remove any and all data from your item(s) before the items are sent to Trade2save. By sending your items to Trade2save, you agree to release us from any claim or liability as to the items and as to the data stored on the items. Trade2save is not responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of data that is not erased from your device and obtained by a third party. Trade2save is also not responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of any data that has been erased and may be irrecoverable.
Trade2save offers payment via check and through Paypal Service. Please allow up to ten (10) business days after we receive and process your items for payment.
Shipping of parcels from Trade2save
IF you elect to have Trade2save return your shipment for any reason, Trade2save will insure the parcel for 100% of the most offer value as established and communicated in writing by Trade2save. Customer agrees to waive any additional losses not covered by the amount of insurance offered by Trade2save at its sole discretion.
Trade2save reserves the right to choose the return carrier, insurance provider and signature or receipt verification method for the shipment. In the even the items returned to the customer are lost in transit, the customer’s sole remedy is to seek reimbursement through the insurance carrier and such losses and claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance carrier and the additional insurance purchased by Trade2save on the customer’s behalf if any, or the offer value determined by Trade2save whichever is greater.
If additional insurance coverage is requested on the return of your product, you will be notified of the additional insurance amount, the coverage and the additional cost for the insurance. A check must be sent and payable to Trade2save before the parcel will be returned.
Claims for packages originating at Trade2save
If a shipment originating at Trade2save is lost and deemed unrecoverable, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Trade2save will be liable only for the least amount as established by one of the following appraisal methods:
You assume the risk of loss for any and all items until delivery of the items to Trade2save’s processing center. Packing and shipping recommendations should be followed to avoid possible damage or loss. You are responsible for any damages that may occur to your product while in transit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade2save and all affiliates, directors, distributors, employees, licensors, offices, owners, and service providers from any claims or damages, including any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, punitive damages, or loss or profit of opportunity; claims, demands, or actions for any subrogation claim brought by your insurance carrier, and, by submitting an item to Trade2save you specifically waive any such subrogation claim as well as on the behalf of your insurance carrier. By mailing a parcel of material to Trade2save for analysis, you explicitly accept Trade2save’s limitation of liability.

If you do not agree with any of the terms of this agreement, do not access or use the information or services on this site. Your use of Trade2save shall indicate your agreement to abide by the terms.

Additionally, you will not use Trade2save for any unlawful purpose, harvest or collect information about Trade2save without its express consent, add or use Active X, Jave, Javascript, cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies on Trade2save, or use information found on Trade2save to send spam. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access Trade2save or harvest content from Trade2save.
