How exactly do you calculate the price of my item?
Our pricing engine is built to find info from various sources in the online marketplace, sort them, takes into consideration the condition you tell us it’s in and displays the most accurate price it can.
Do you accept items from outside of the United States?
Yes, but we do not cover the shipping expenses from abroad.
How do I track the items I’ve sent to you?
Log into your account or enter your personal item page using the link in the email we’ve sent you.
Your technicians disagreed with the condition I said my item was in, what do I do?
No problem, we will send you an amended evaluation and if you disagree with the terms we will happily send your item back to you.

Sure, well we came up with this idea a few years back and have been doing it locally in the San Francisco Bay Area. Recently after some thought and planning we decided to expand our business to the online market and include the rest of the country. Our promise is to do right by our customers and do our part to make the world a greener and more ecologically friendly place for everyone. It’s going to take a little time to build a strong customer base online since we are so new, but we believe in what we do and know our new customers will also be very satisfied with their experience with us.
How long does it take from the time I send my item till I receive payment?
The timetable can vary depending on your location (may take longer for delivery to reach us). Generally it can be as little as 3 days, or up to 2 weeks. Keep an eye on your email because we will notify you with updates on your order and if there are any changes.
