An item that is flawless and to the naked eye doesn’t appear to have been used in any way and functions 100% normally. Void sticker must still be intact.
An item that may show minimal sign of use. The item has a perfect screen, and may have a couple very small marks/scuffs/scratches to the housing from normal wear and tear and functions 100% normally. Void Sticker must still be intact.
An item that has seen extensive use and shows it. May have a crack, or deep scratch and would not be confused with a new item but must continue to function 100% normally. Void Sticker must still be intact.
Must be able to complete a call, but could have a worn display, display pixels, broken or missing keys, cracks, internal modification, missing battery door, item has been opened, void sticker no longer intact, non functioning display.
