Our unique Carbon Points Scheme
Carbon Points enables customers to track the amount of carbon they have saved through buying and selling used items. Through re-use customers reduce demand for new products, reduce e-waste, and the environmental impact of manufacture and shipping from Asia.
Carbon Points can be redeemed for more store credit or a selection of special gifts. Customers who reach a certain level of Carbon Points obtain Green Status, giving them 5% more for their trade-ins plus a 5% discount on their pre-owned purchases.
